  • All quotes are subject to change dependant on final design, size and placement and are valid for 7days.

    1 week notice is required for complete/major design changes and appointment may need to be re-quoted and rescheduled dependant on time scheduled.

  • Deposits are:

    $100 pp per appointment. 

    $200 for larger appointments of 3+ hours appointments.

    Deposit is required to secure a booking, this must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing otherwise the appointment time may be rebooked. Remaining amount is to be paid at your appointment. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances and non transferable to another person/ artist.

  • If you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment for any reason, we kindly request no less than 72 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking. We allow for 2 appointment reschedules, more than 2 reschedules will result in loss of deposit. Please note cancellations/ rescheduling outside business hours will not be accepted.

    Please email / txt 0466 212 082 ONLY to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment. 

    If you need to cancel/ reschedule within the 72 hour cancellation period, you are agreeing to forfeit your deposit.

  • No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. Please aim to arrive 10 min prior to your appointment time. It’s reasonable that you may be running late due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens please contact us immediately. Day One Tattoo considers 10 minutes late to be reasonable outside of this time may require your appointment to be rescheduled and forfeiting your deposit.

  • James Cooper will send his clients a draft evening/night before their appointment via TXT. This is when you can discuss and alter your design as he won't have time to make changes on the day of your appointment.

    **Changes and alterations requested the day of your appointment may result in your appointment needing to be rebooked and forfeiting your deposit.

    Other Artist may not provide a draft please consult with your artist for more information.

  • Touch ups can be requested and may incur in a fee from $40.00. You must request a touch up appointment within 2 months of the date of the original tattoo was done otherwise additional charges may apply. To request a touch up appointment please email hello@dayonetattoo.com.au and include a current photo of the tattoo.

    *Please note if the tattoo was not originally done by our artists at Day One Tattoo you will need to complete a submission form and will be quoted as a new tattoo.

  • Gift Voucher are must be presented at appointment to be redeemed.

    Are redeemable with and artist at Day One Tattoo and valid for 1 Years from date of purchase.

    Gift Vouchers are non refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

    Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

    Persons must be 18+ years of age, photo ID is required at appointment.

    **from 4/11/23 gift vouchers will no longer be available for purchase. gift vouchers purchased prior to this date that are still vaild will still honoured*
